Remember to use the online booking system to buy tickets, adopt an animal or to buy alpaca goodies! We don't take bookings via email unless you are looking for a private experience. Please don't email to ask availability for public walks as all of this is available to view on the website. Just click on 'book an alpaca/goat walk'.

Remember you can redeem gift vouchers by visiting the 'store/redeem a gift voucher page' we cannot do this for you.
