Come and meet our rescue guinea pigs! They're living their best lives in our brand new Guinea World!

Visitors to Guinea Pig World at Middle England Farm can participate in interactive sessions with our rescue guinea pigs. These sessions are designed to provide a hands-on, enriching experience for both the visitors and the guinea pigs. Here's what you can expect during these interactive sessions:

Meet and Greet:

  - Visitors are introduced to the guinea pigs, learning their names, personalities and unique stories of rescue.

Gentle Handling and Petting:

  - Under the guidance of trained staff, visitors can gently handle and pet the guinea pigs, fostering a bond and allowing the guinea pigs to enjoy some affection.

Feeding Time:

  - Visitors may participate in feeding the guinea pigs, offering them fresh vegetables and treats. This helps visitors understand the dietary needs and preferences of these adorable pets.

Playtime Activities:

  - Engage in playtime with the guinea pigs using safe, interactive toys. This not only entertains the guinea pigs but also provides mental and physical stimulation.

Educational Insights:

  - Staff members provide educational talks during the sessions, sharing valuable information about guinea pig care, behaviour, and the importance of rescue and adoption.

Photo Opportunities:

  - Capture memorable moments with the guinea pigs. Visitors can take photos with the guinea pigs, creating lasting memories of their visit. Don't forget to use our Insta Wall for your selfies!

 Benefits of Interactive Sessions

For Visitors:

 - These sessions offer a unique and enjoyable experience, allowing visitors to connect with the animals and learn about their care and needs. It also provides a sense of fulfilment from supporting a rescue mission.

-For Guinea Pigs:

 - Interaction with visitors helps in socialising the guinea pigs and making them more comfortable around humans.

By offering interactive sessions, Guinea Pig World creates a memorable and educational experience for visitors while promoting the welfare and adoption of rescue guinea pigs. Lots of cavie fun guaranteed!
